Edition 1 (April 2005)
PREVIOUS EDITIONS
In this issue we have focused on an area of increasing importance to Procurement Leaders, the procurement of services.
This is, as our main feature states, the next big item on the agenda in many organisations. Whilst simpler commodities have been brought under procurement's control, services are next on the agenda.
We have concentrated on several categories within the services arena, including consultancy, travel, marketing and contingent labour; all major items on the typical corporate budget, with their own characteristics and demands.
